Introduction

Mahakali Textile (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides the Mahakali Textile mobile application (“App”). This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding personal and sensitive user data. The App is used by business users whose accounts are created by an administrator. The App does not collect, share, or sell personal data from end users.

No user data collection

• No collection: The App does not collect personal information (such as name, email, phone), device identifiers, location, contacts, media, financial information, health data, or other categories defined in Google Play’s Data safety taxonomy.
• No sharing: The App does not share data with third parties and does not include advertising or analytics SDKs that collect user data.
• Admin-created accounts: User profiles are provisioned by an administrator; no self-registration exists in the App.

Permissions and on-device processing

The App is designed to avoid requesting runtime permissions. If any Android permission is introduced in future versions, it will be used strictly for on-device functionality and not for collecting or transmitting personal data off the device, consistent with Google Play guidance.

Security

• Transport security: All communication with our backend uses HTTPS/TLS encryption.
• Access control: Only administrator-provisioned users can access account-specific resources.

Data retention and deletion

Since the App does not collect end-user personal data, there is no personal data retention. If administrator account records exist on our backend, they are maintained for operational purposes and can be deleted upon the administrator’s written request.

Children’s privacy

The App is intended for business use and not directed to children under 13/16 (as applicable). No personal data from children is knowingly collected.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the App or legal requirements. Material changes will be posted here with an updated “Last updated” date.
