Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Mahakali Textile App, users agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If the user is provisioned by an administrator, such access is subject to these Terms and any applicable master service agreement between Mahakali Textile and the organization.

Accounts and access

• Admin-created accounts: End-user accounts are created and managed by an administrator. Users must keep credentials confidential and are responsible for all activities under their account.
• Suspension/termination: We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or risks to security, with or without notice, subject to applicable law.

Acceptable use

Users agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Use the App for unlawful activities or to infringe intellectual property.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App, servers, or networks.

Intellectual property

All rights, title, and interest in the App (including software, UI, text, graphics, and trademarks) are owned by Mahakali Textile or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated. Users receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the App for authorized business purposes.

Software updates

The App may install or download updates to improve features, security, and performance. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates subject to these Terms.

Third-party services

If future versions integrate third-party services or SDKs, their terms may apply. We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or failures.

Disclaimers

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation or that defects will be corrected.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mahakali Textile shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business arising from use of the App. Aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid (if any) for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnity

Users and/or the provisioning organization agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mahakali Textile from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from misuse of the App, breach of these Terms, or violation of law or third-party rights.

Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated in the App or via the administrator.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
